Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted online through the ISR submission portal. Authors must register an account, complete author information, upload files, and confirm compliance with ethical policies. Upon submission, manuscripts undergo a preliminary editorial check followed by a double-blind peer review process. Accepted articles will be published open access.
Accepted File Formats
ISR accepts manuscripts in a variety of commonly used formats to facilitate a smooth submission process. Authors may submit their manuscripts in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), which is suitable for most contributors. Submissions prepared in LaTeX are also accepted, provided they include the source .tex file, the compiled .pdf, and the associated .bib file for references. Free Format Submission

A maximum of 6 Keywords
Keywords help in the indexing and discoverability of the article. Choose terms that reflect core concepts and match search behavior in the research domain.
A structured body divided into logical sections
Organize content into clear sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion to ensure logical flow and facilitate reader understanding of the research process.
Accurate and properly labeled Figures and Tables
Visual data must be high-quality, numbered consecutively, clearly titled, and referenced appropriately within the text to support and clarify written content.
Properly cited References using consistent citation style
Citations should be accurate, complete, and formatted according to the journal’s required style to maintain academic integrity and enable source verification.
Any applicable appendices or supplementary materials
Supplementary content such as datasets, algorithms, or extended tables should be included as appendices or additional files to support the main text without cluttering it.

Related Work (optional but encouraged)
Although optional, the Related Work section is strongly encouraged as it positions the study within the context of existing research. Authors should summarize previous studies, highlight recent advancements, and point out how their research differs from or improves upon these earlier works. This section demonstrates the authors’ understanding of the current state of the field and provides a clear rationale for the novelty or necessity of the present research. Proper citations and critical analysis of the literature are essential.
Materials and Methods
This section must provide a detailed description of the experimental setup, datasets, algorithms, tools, or techniques used in the study. Authors should describe how the data was collected, processed, and analyzed in enough detail that other researchers can replicate the work. For computational studies, code repositories and configurations should be mentioned if available. The methodology should be logically structured, transparent, and precise to establish the scientific validity and reproducibility of the research.
Results
The Results section presents the core findings of the study. It should include figures, tables, and charts to clearly convey outcomes without interpretation. Results must be stated objectively, highlighting important patterns, statistical outcomes, or performance metrics. This section should avoid speculative commentary and instead focus on what the data objectively show. Authors should organize results logically, often mirroring the structure of the research questions or methodology outlined earlier in the manuscript.
Discussion
In the Discussion section, authors interpret the significance of the results in relation to their hypotheses and prior literature. This is where the research’s implications, strengths, and limitations are critically evaluated. Authors may propose reasons for unexpected outcomes, compare results to similar studies, and suggest how findings could influence future research or practical applications. A strong discussion helps readers understand the broader impact of the study and its contribution to the field.
Conclusion
The Conclusion should succinctly summarize the main findings and their relevance. Authors should restate the study’s objectives and indicate whether they were met. It may include potential implications, recommendations for practice, and future directions. This section should not repeat the discussion in detail but instead offer a concise, impactful takeaway that emphasizes the importance of the research.
Author Contributions
This section should clearly outline the individual roles of each listed author using standardized terminology (e.g., conceptualization, data curation, writing, supervision). Transparency in contribution promotes accountability and proper credit, helping readers and evaluators understand how each author contributed to the study. It supports ethical publishing practices and is often used by indexing services for accurate author recognition.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived to influence their work. Funding Information
Authors should clearly state all sources of funding that supported the work, including grant numbers and funding agency names. If no funding was received, this should be explicitly mentioned. Proper acknowledgment of funding provides transparency and helps readers understand potential influences or support behind the research.
Acknowledgments (if any)
This section allows authors to recognize individuals, institutions, or organizations that contributed to the study but do not meet the criteria for authorship. This may include technical support, writing assistance, data providers, or mentors. Expressing gratitude in a formal and respectful manner adds professionalism and completeness to the manuscript.
References
The References section must include all sources cited in the manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s preferred citation style. References should be complete, accurate, and relevant to the study. Proper referencing not only gives credit to original authors but also enables readers to explore the literature further. Data Availability Statements
